weekend at the cottage drinking up a storm I'm not sure how a managed to still loose but glad to see I did ☺️☺️ now back to the straight and narrow, I'm sure eating poorly will eventually catch up to me if I don't.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
