So for a while I did really well - weight dropped to 98.7kg. But then.... I got really ill, in and out of hospital and was told that they are going to take out my kidney. So dealing with that and adopting the 'YOLO' attitude, I picked up 15kgs. I have now done some research, and turns out, my surgery has a very high survival rate, so best I try and get in shape before the surgery happens. I have lost 5kgs again, but now I'm just mad that I picked it up in the first place... Pic taken today after a hectic workout with my personal trainer.
