April 30th when I went to bed I told myself that I really need to go on a diet AGAIN, because my weight started creeping up (10lbs over fall/ winter).
On May 1st I woke up & I didn't think I would end up sticking with it and I'm honestly still shocked at myself lol
I started the month off at 217 and ended at 204. I have been sugar free and have not had a cheat day/ meal at all during the month. I have a lot more energy but I still want and crave a Starbucks Iced Vanilla Latte & Pepsi lol
We are leaving to the Bahamas in 16 more days so I really want to reach my 1st short term goal weight of 199.
