sometimes you need a "timeout". and afterwards: your weight will drop easily. you'll see: the dress you ordered will fit you PERFECTLY!! you still have 2 months, so don't be frustrated. you already loog amazing and look what you already achieved, THIS IS SO AWESOME!

Yes, I'm sure you'll look incredible at the wedding (and be so inspired). Substitute your junk food with some healthy food that you like, so you're eating as much and as often, but with more nutritional value.

Okay Sarah, so it's time to get serious; but don't beat yourself up. Focus on the basics, get in your water, get back down to eating those things that enabled you to take off the weight on a consistent basis, and everytime you are tempted to eat some junk food; think about that dress you want to get into in May. Good luck! :-)

I agree with ShyGuy - forget the past, it's time to move forward RIGHT NOW. You've worked too hard to get that orange progress bar, do NOT go back to red! I really think it would be super helpful for you to track EVERYTHING. I've been tracking every single thing that I've eaten since the end of November, with the exception of like 2 days.. and it's not that hard once you make it a habit! It really truly helps getting those bad eating habits under control..

Yeah just don't get stressed out about it. Stress causes weight gain. Just breathe hehe. I know you can do it! The dress will fit.

If we never let ourselves eat the foods we crave we would all go insane and fail miserably. You got this Sarah.

I love having goal sizes. Unfortunately, since I gained so much weight to get here, I have every size on the way down to 0 or 2 (I don't think I will EVER be that small again!!) You'll get there though!! It seems like everyone of FS has crazy cravings this week lol!!

I second what ShyGuy says. Get serious but leave the past behind you. Thinking about that may hinder you from keeping yourself motivated. Start tracking EVERYTHING you eat. If it touches your lips you have to note it. Also track your workouts so you can see your progress too. You can do this! We will help keep you motivated. Let us know how else we can keep you pumped.
