Dropped 700g yesterday so expected an adjustment today. I'm expecting my weight to bounce around a little until my body gets back into the swing of not being in ketosis.
174.4 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
