Day 107 - Despite eating sponge birthday cake with chocolate eggs on and a risotto meal - racking up a total of 125g of carbs I am on the cusp of another mini milestone. Slightly over a pound away from losing three stone! That will certainly happen before Friday when I attend a family wedding.
Today I plan to make up some domestically acceptable looking speakers using bits of birch plywood left from a prior project and plan to make a few more tea chests. The ground looks nice and wet so also hope to do a bit of weeding around the veg patch.
