Desayuno: Café con leche, tapita de bizcocho y croasaint.
1/2 Mañana: Sandwich y mate.
Comida: Cerdo a la plancha con guisantes y tomate. Pera.
1/2 Tarde: 2 Manzanillas, 5 galletas gullón...
Cena: 1/2 tortilla con pan.
Antes de dormir: 2 yogures.
219.1 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
