1. Friday is upon us! :-)
2. My Weight is just under 355 pounds. Seems to be stuck here. I want to get rid of 6 pounds by Monday???
3. My fasted blood glucose was 113 mg/dL this morning.
4. My blood pressure was 137/85 @ 89 bpm this morning.
5. My ketosis level was a 45 this morning on the Ketonics ketone breath analyzer. I was out of keto yesterday at only a 35 reading. I glad to see it come back. I am really pushing my complex carbs up close to the limit to get the results I want from them. It is a delicate balance between them and staying in ketosis.
6. I got to talk to my son via text for a bit today. Talking to him always makes me smile inside. I really do love and miss that boy. I attached a picture he sent me of him getting out of his "lost boy" make-up from his role in Peter Pan at his school.
7. "No matter how bad it gets, remember, it could always be worse. Just keep moving and never give up." --???
354.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 104.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
