Gained weight again. However this weekend I attended a Mens Retreat this weekend.
So I over did it. And the exercise room closed at 10:00 pm. Our sessions ran past 10:00pm. So I know where I messed up.
362.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 172.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
