Well 1 hour and 11 minute's walking 4.55 mile's wearing the backpack with 20Lb's in the back and wearing 1 Lb ankle weight's. Felt great and i know i can keep this up.... I am very proud of my effort.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
