Not sure what is going on... I am following my diet really well. I have adjusted my weekly menu, lowered my sodium intake, lowered my calorie intake, lowered my sugar intake and i am gaining weight where i feel like i should be losing weight. 6 pound weight gain since the 26th. I am still exercising really well, with no slumping on my workout's, i had one day off so my body could rest but have been at it strong.
166.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Particularly at the start of a diet, much of the weight you put on and take off will be in the form of water and-- there is no polite way to say this-- poop. When your weight changes by as much as 5 pounds in a single day, it's not that you're gaining or losing that much fat or muscle. It's your digestive system doing its normal, healthy thing. You have to look at long-term trends to figure out what works for you. Don't compare today with yesterday. Compare it with last month, look at which habits you changed and which you kept, and proceed from there.

@RoeCocoa I notice that i am retaining water as my leg's seem to be swollen and my feet, i also see that when i wake my tummy is flat and during the day i get bloated and my tummy stick's out a lot, i am on medication that makes me gain weight and this is one reason i changed my eating habit's. I do feel healthier than i did a month ago but feel bigger than i did a month ago. I have way more energy and i am starting to sleep better, if i could get of the medication that would help but sadly i have to take it everyday. I will stay the course and work on my exercise regime and keep my focus on positive thinking...
