This is the last week of personal training. The reality that I am now facing is that I am still, not ready for the Foundation training or the daily WOD's of the Box. I need another month(or two) of personal training($$$) and gym time in order to lose more weight in preparation for the Crossfit regimen.
This is not the end.
I WILL SUCCEED!!!
