1. And...It's Monday again.
2. Weight came down nicely today. :-)
3. Blood sugar was 111 mg/dL today.
4. Blood pressure was 131/86 @ 101 bpm.
5. Ketosis reading was a 46.
6. I had a long day yesterday and kind of a strange one. I started the day feeling really low and missing my son and friends back in MS. However, I got outside and worked in my garden. Then I decided to throw a half brisket on the smoker and text my friends and my son. I got to talk to all of them via text messaging and got to relax outside on a beautiful TX day (72 degrees with a nice breeze and not a cloud in the sky). We made a crawfish and sweet corn bisque for dinner. I got to enjoy a good bourbon drink and a nice cigar while the brisket smoked. We are eating the brisket tonight for dinner. :-) It turned out to be a pretty good day. I went to bed around midnight feeling much better than I did when I woke up that morning.
