I purchased a new scale today as my old one was not calibrated and not working correctly. The weight gain is from weighing myself on a new scale that is calibrated. I love the new scale as it is Blue tooth active and you can sink it to Fit Bit apps and other apps as such. The scale gives you all measurements BMI, as an example.

I am really getting into the whole healthy side of my life... Next step to see if i need to eat meat's. That will be on the following menu. GO ME!
