Hi Bren, are you counting your calories? I am finding that using myfitnesspal. really helps on my phone to record. or whatever to record just record. I am down from 202 to 195 in 7 weeks. It's a slow loss. I'm not always consistent on keeping my 1500 cals so I think that's why I have such slow weight loss. Also, I do not count my workouts as those will adjust your calorie intake to be higher. Aim for goals each week like recording. Working out schedule your workouts and don't over do them. Make everything doable. You will succeed!
