1. Been off my game for a few days now. It has taken a while to get back on track after my "cheat" day.
2. Weight is back down today. :-)
3. No blood glucose reading as I still have no test strips.
4. Blood pressure was scary again at 142/100 @ 86 bpm.
5. Ketosis was a 38, meaning I am still out of ketosis for now.
358.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 108.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
