Well I had gained some weight back back down to 165 which is good but can't seem to get off this weight I really want to get to 150 with no luck
Need ideas how to lose the last 20 pounds. Feels like everytime I try to add back in small amount of carbs I gain back 10 pounds. How to get off atkns I basically have been doing induction for 2 years.
Should I switch to Weight Watcher or something because its more regular eating? But I don't want to gain a bunch of weight back
