Well it seems like i have hit a plato with my weight. I have weighed in at the same time each day for the last three days and i am sitting at 160.5 Lb's. I also see that the one pond weight's are not as effective as they were when i started walking with them. I am going to start with the two pound weight's and up my walking distance just a little bit to see what happen's.
160.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
