Hitting a bit of a wall with the weight, i had started gaining then lost some weight and now sitting at the same weight for a few days. I am going to really work on my exercise this week, adding a rucksack to my walking routine, also walking to all my appointments weather permitting.
160.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
