1. Yesterday was a long day, but a good one. The day started at 5 AM and did not end until well after midnight. I dropped the dog off at the vet for grooming, shots and checkup. Then, I took my little sister to school. From there, I took my Mom to the hospital to get her gallbladder out and they ended up repairing a hernia they found while completing the surgery. My Mom did great and is resting back at home now. Of course, I had to pick everyone back up and get them home safe. Then I had to fix dinner and clean up. Then I had to help get everyone else cleaned up and settled in for the night. Once I made sure everyone had taken their meds and were asleep, I passed out in my recliner...didn't make it to my bed until after 4 AM. And this morning started again at 8 AM. Glad to say everyone is doing well. A productive day all in all. 2. My weight is down for the fifth day in a row. I dropped below 360 pounds today. :-) 3. I didn't get to run my test this morning until about 30 minutes after we ate this morning, but they looked pretty good considering. 4. Blood Sugar was 109 mg/dL after eating. 5. Blood Pressure was the best improvement at 134/79 @ 100 bpm. :-) 6. Ketosis reading was at 44 this morning just after eating. 7. Stayed on the move yesterday but, didn't really get a chase for exercise. Got to work some in today. 8. I have some household repairs on the list today...fun times.
