Well a 1.5 Lb decrease in weight...GOOD Start! Milder weather i was able to walk further today. Instead of taking my car and driving to appointments i decided to walk to them instead. this created extra exercise and it felt great.
161.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
