Ryan Rainey's Journal, 03 April 2017

1. Monday is here again.
2. Got my watermelon seeds to spout and I am planning on transplanting today into a ground bed. :-)
3. My weight has come back down today to 362.6 pounds. :-)
4. Blood sugar was 127 mg/dL this morning. :-(
5. Blood Pressure was 154/97 @ 91 bpm. :-( This one is just scary!
6. Ketosis reading was a 42 on the Ketonix ketone breath analyzer this morning. :-)
7. I managed to get eight hours of sleep in last night for the first time in a long time. I did wake up a few times and tossed a bit, but was able to continue sleeping.
8. I am putting Benefiber back into my diet plan. Removing it didn't seem to fix anything. I do like the benefits from using it.
9. Still using the unfiltered raw apple cider vinegar in my diet to help balance my digestive system.
10. Still in need of more exercise daily. I hope to do better on this starting today. Getting enough rest certainly helps.
11. My mental battles continue daily. I will rid myself of this melancholy!
12. All things must end, this to shall pass. Stay strong my friends. :-)
