Happy to see Progress. However I fell a bit. I fasted with coffee and water until 2 PM. Then I enjoyed a small fruit cup, omelet and sausage. Then my boyfriends Mom invited us over for dinner.
I am happy I brought over chicken since all she made was veggies lasagna. I tried to fill up on chicken and eat around the pasta in the lasagna. But then she brought out strawberry short cake! And of course I didn't want to be rude and not have a little, I had a small piece and left some of the icing. Overall I didn't do terrible. But time to get back on track and no sweets. I want to see the scale keep going down.
