I could not be happier I found the answer to my biggest problem. The weekend! For the first time in a very long time I did not gain this weekend I actually lost and it's all due to carb counting. I had way to much vodka this week went to the gym Fri Sat and Sunday. So 2teens here I come so excited abs are ,coming in now.
221.3 lb Lost so far: 108.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 February 2012:
2127 kcal Fat: 70.57g | Prot: 217.79g | Carb: 51.48g.   Breakfast: Swiss Cheese Slices, Fried Egg, Super Advanced Whey Protein Chocolate & peanut butter. Lunch: Super Advanced Whey Protein Chocolate & peanut butter, Chunk Light Tuna, Lite Caesar Salad Dressing, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, American Salad Blend. Dinner: Turkey Ham, American Salad Blend, Ground Beef (75% Lean / 25% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Pan-Broiled), 2% Milk Singles Sharp Cheddar, Miracle Whip Light, Carb Style 7 Grain Bread. Snacks/Other: Vodka, Super Advanced Whey Protein Chocolate & peanut butter. more...

The weekend is my BIGGEST downfall and I need to take a page from your book and learn how to keep motivated through out. Congrats on no gain!!!

Surprised it's working just try to keep your carbs below 100 grams. Any thing lower you end up tired and sluggish. I'm such a alchy on the weekends no carbs in vodka though. smh.
