back on track for a week now, trail walking in the woods & stop eating at night. also doing some yoga before walking. wonderful massage yesterday and CHIRO adjustment.
137.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
