1. And hump day is here again.
2. weight came down today again to 362.8. I am pretty happy with the movement of my weight this week. :-)
3. Blood Sugar was 108 mg/dL today.
4. Blood pressure was 134/91 @ 97 bpm. Still too high. :-(
5. Ketosis was a 32 today...this sucks! It means I have fallen out of Ketosis completely. Not sure what is going on with this???
6. I am glad I am still seeing weight loss even through my Keto numbers are no good. But, my blood pressure is a real concern. If I can't get it down very soon, I will have no choice but to get on medication for it. :-(
7. Today is the day you can make a difference in your life.
8. BTW...this is what happens when you take a nap and the teenagers in the house style your hair for you...lol.

My dad was a game warden/ policeman and used to fall asleep in the chair after supper.....my sister and I would do this stuff to him. Until one night the chief of police came to th front door and my dad answered it. He could barely talk to my dad who never realized how he looked until h got ready to go to bed....we were never allowed to do it again, but we never let him live it down.
