Been pretty hard but for the last 10 days I have been sooooooooo disciplined.
Key bits: No biscuits, chips, chocolate, candy. No devouring kids leftovers. Smallish meals 3 times/day and no snacks in between. No after dinner eating just a white tea.
I have felt deprived/hungry at times but each day it gets easier as my yearning for sweet and salty stuff diminishes.
It feels good to remind myself that I can be super disciplined, it's actually been a few years since I've been so structured.
Aim to do this till March 27 and then allow myself some snacks without going wild.
