1. Weight is down again today, sitting back at 365.0 pounds.
2. Blood Sugar @ 103 mg/dL.
3. Blood Pressure was 145/97 @ 92 bpm.
4. I was showing as out of Ketosis today at only a 36 on the breath meter. :-) Not sure way this is???
5. I have got to get motivated to get out of this house! I have got to get more exercise and be more active in my lifestyle. This is directly tied to my mental state.
6. I have to shake off this funk I have been in. Not getting to see my son over this last week during his spring break has effected me a lot more than I have cared to admit. I was really looking forward to having him. :-(
7. Well...that time has passed and it is a new day. Even if it is a Monday...lol.
8. We must all fight our own battles if we ever expect to change the outcome of the war. Keep your powder dry and keep fighting!

While much of my weight is the result of high doses of prednisone for a long period of time, I am also one who eats when I'm stressed or depressed. I can relate to your being down because you can't see someone as you wanted. For me, it has been my grandkids (my son has 2 under 2). They are only 30 minutes away, but I don't get to see them very often. I do try to build myself up by reminding myself that I am alive and I am loved (and as a cancer survivor friend tells me to add -- I have hair). I work hard not to allow someone to steal my joy. Chin up Glad the weight is moving down!
