1. And now...the day after...
2. Weight went back down a touch today.
3. I was out of Ketosis this morning...no surprise there after St. Patty's Day. Meter reading was a 35 today.
4. Blood Sugar was down again at 97 mg/dL.
5. Blood Pressure is out of control at this point...130/97 @ 90 bpm today. Just not sure what else to do for this.
6. I know exercise is important and my only real way out of this overweight life. But, I just can't seem to get going and stay going. With no one here to push me and go workout with me, it has been very hard to stay motivated.
7. Pretty down today...going to try a long bike ride and some fishing today to cure this melancholy.
8. Best of luck to all out there struggling...until tomorrow.
9. Picture is of some marinated and grilled quail I did a few days back. It was a great meal.
