I ran 5 days in Fern Tree Gully Australia up the 1000 steps. The steps comprised a 1.4 km steep climb. But I had to get down them and too and from the park. This I did combination of running and walking. Trying now to keep up the momentum so I can reach my weight goal. Waist is smaller for sure! Learned too that strenuous exercise the day you take a long flight helped me be less restless on the flight. The 13 hour flight Melbourne,.Abu Dhabi would otherwise been unbearable.
