1. Went a little off course yesterday. Fat, carb, and protein ratios were great but just ate too much and did not exercise! Took in over 3,000 calories yesterday...Oops!
2. No surprise...I gained a bit of weight back. :-(
3. Blood pressure is remaining high. Today it was 151/95 @ 81 bpm.
4. Blood Sugar @ 113 mg/dL.
5. Ketosis is holding strong @ 52 this morning. :-)
6. Gonna spring for a haircut today...hope it makes me feel better.
7. See y'all in da funny papers!
