in my fat secret I know what is good & what is bad, but I don't always choose good. in life I am not as sure. in my fat secret choices can go from acceptable in moderation to over over indulgence. sometimes I really enjoy salad & sometimes not. perhaps it's similar in life: certain attitudes & behaviors are easier at some times than others & sometimes it can be too much of a good thing. I often overeat & act out of order or control when I'm afraid the right thing is not enough.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
