1. It's Sunday Fun Day! I hope everyone remembered to set their clock forward 1 hour last night.
2. We had kind of an easy day around the house yesterday. Watched a few good movies together and dodged the rain outside.
3. No real meals prepped yesterday. It was just sack as you go. I feel like I took in too many calories and carbs yesterday. However, the numbers all looked ok this morning.
4. Saved a little more weight off the scale today.
5. Blood sugar was 111 mg/dL.
6. Blood pressure is still concerning me. This morning it was 142/96 @ 85 bpm. :-(
7. The Ketonix Breath Ketone Analyzer spit out a reading of 64 this morning. :-)
8. No real exercise the last two days...gonna have to do better.
9. Got an invite to a friend's poker night this evening. Sounds like fun so, we shall see.
10. "Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy." --Ben Franklin-- Man, I miss BEER! lol
