1. Weight was back down today.
2. Blood sugar was 106 mg/dL.
3. Blood pressure was 139/97 @ 82 bpm.
4. Ketosis was a 45 on the breath analyzer today.
5. Went out to dinner with the family last night to a local Mexican restaurant, Lupe's. Very good meal and nice to be out with the family. I had the beef fajitas with no tortillas. The server was nice enough to get me some lettuce wraps instead.
6. Got a whole lot of walking in watching the other two shop. lol.
7. Added Benefiber and raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar to my daily routine.
8. On to the next one!
