Dear Fat Secret

It has been awhile since I have visited you. Life is hectic and so is my eating habits. Have started this morning on a fat burner capsule to keep my appetite under control. Started drinking water again, so I hope to see results.
280.2 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 103.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
