Things are so hectic. However I'm sticking to the basics. No breakfast, last meal 2 hours before bed and exercise whenever possible. And it seems to be working.
199.5 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
