1. Went to the Archery range last night with my little sister. We had a good time, raced each other up and down the range to retrieve arrows from the targets. It was good exercise and a lot of fun. Still need more of this. 2. I was able to adjust my salt and water intake yesterday. I had a noticeable increase in urination all day. I still have more work to do here. looking to increase fiber and water intake today while keeping salt low. 3. Weight did come down today. :-) 4. Physically, I am feeling pretty rough this morning with a headache and some wooziness. 5. Blood pressure is up today as is Blood sugar. 6. Blood Pressure was 132/92 @ 91 bpm. 7. Blood Sugar at 117 mg/dL. 8. couldn't get to sleep until after 4 am and overslept this morning. I really need to get my sleep on schedule. 9. Ketosis reading was a 43 on the breath meter this morning. Kind of low. Took in too many carbs yesterday...right at my limit of 80g yesterday. I plan to eat a large salad or two today. 10.
