Look at your chart - way to go! I discovered roasted sweet potatoes - yum - slice into strips, toss in a ziploc bag with EVOO and shake. Spread single layer on a foil lined baking sheet - season with Sea Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper and Roast at 425 for about 30 minutes - turning halfway to brown evenly. DELICIOUS!

You are doing so well!! The sweet potato is really good if you put a little flax oil on it with some cinnamon...yum! I'm sure that you will continue to do well on phase 2. Just remember that your weight loss may slow down a bit, but that's okay, it is supposed to. Keep up the great work!

thanks for all the well wishes-& I need them: I was so nervous the first day that I actually forgot my bedtime LLC. Yesterday I tried having the CW in two doses (LLC) and drinking water through the day, but i didn't like it- the LLC were too strong, and the water tasted so weird. So today, I'm back to 64 oz of CW
