So, I went a little crazy on some new diet and dark chocolates I was trying out to add to the diet in small quantities. It is amazing how quick a taste of this and a bite of that adds up. 1. Results in a small weight gain this morning. 2. Ketosis was low at a 46 but, that is still in. 3. Blood Sugar was 112 mg/dL. 4. Blood Pressure was 116/80 @ 101 bpm. 5. I got in a good walk last night with my little sister. I feel good this morning. 6. Physically, I feel ok. 7. Mentally, It feels very fragile, the peace in my head. 8. But, we push on to a new day...to a brighter day. 9. got to reload vitamins today.
