Even though my weight is showing the same for this week, I am sure that I had a loss. My system is a little off and I didn't use the bathroom prior to weigh-in. Later I did thank goodness. No fun being constipated. Guess I need to increase my liquid intake. Since I was fully dressed I didn't bother re-weighing. If I lost, it will just have to wait until next week's weigh in lol.
