Onward to OWL with the addition of more veggies.Big challenge coming starting next Sunday. Mindset is there,one thing is I'm afraid to eat off of plan because I know me. If I do that then I'm giving myself
permission to binge,This is from long time experiences for failure
Its a 10 day cruise which I have done many times so I know what to expect.I will have many good choices of healthy food,plus all the other foods I dare not touch
