1. Weight @ 370.0 this morning. A very slight loss, but a loss none the less. 2. managed to burn over 4,000 Kcal while consuming under 3,000 Kcal yesterday. 3. Acetone breath meter reading of 41 this morning. 4. Blood sugar @ 123 this morning. highest "at rest" reading I have had. :-( 5. BP = 136/86 @ 97 bpm. still too high 6. Getting more exercise still needed. 7. Real bad weather in my area today (tornadoes). Going to be and indoors kind of day. 8. mental state is ok today. 9. foot swelling had gone down yesterday, but appears to have returned this morning. :-(
