Boom there it goes. For now ha. Another strict day with WOE today. Gonna keep the momentum going through the weekend and do some catch up on caloric averages.
SIC Fitness was rough yesterday. I stayed later and did some strict press and curls for muscle endurance. A little bit shaky today in the shoulders.
BTW. It's cold.

Looking good! Had some great weather where I am, today; Over 60°F and sunny! If only I hadn't been so busy inside! ^^

adamevegod, I think I've heard "WOE" means "way of eating". :)

All are correct. I specifically use WOE because "diet" has been destroyed by the nutrition industry to mean a temporary way they think a person can eat to quickly lose weight. How many times do you hear "I'm on a diet". What WOE means to me is I want to be the visualized person in my goal, so I eat as that person would as a Way Of Eating for myself. The body will naturally adjust towards that goal and I don't have to try. Eventually my weight will start to level off, I'll continue to see muscle gain, and my health should improve without much more direct thought than trying to be the person I see myself as. The yo-yo effect will only occur if I lose sight of that visualized goal, so I focus more on shaping my mind than my body.
