Scheduled rest day with no running. Going to be tied up distributing and discussing performance ratings and reviews. Won't have much time, if any, for hanging out with my FS friends today. I have done pretty well on my intake; I'm going to get real religious about documenting everything (like Rpalmst did); and I really have been for about 4 or 5 days now. Because, I believe that, if my averages turn out to be less than 1 1/2 pound per week drop, over the long haul, then I will adjust my RDI accordingly. Well, back to the grindstone; talk to you all later.
