Well it depends on how I look. My fat percentage is like 31% I look leaner than that I'm assuming it has to do with excessive amount of loose skin that's almost like a shirt I can tuck in my pants. I wounder how much excessive weight loss skin contributes to ones actual fat percentage. At this point I think a beach body 6 pack weight for me would be about 200-210 range. Any way I am so in to lifting and eating rite now, as long as I continue to make this a way of life I should be there in no time. I'm happy now, kinda getting OCD with perfecting my self. I have a tendency to go over board with things i love until I get tired and drop it all together. That part i cant do AGAIN. I been down this road twice now.

I just finished reading your journal and all I can say is "Wow". You are such an inspiration! Love the fact that you included your weight gain as well as your weight loss. Sometimes it's nice to see that other people indulge and fall off the wagon too, but the amazing thing about your story is that you always picked yourself right back up and got back on board! This is very motivational and inspiring!! Thank you so much for sharing!

Thank you I tell you this Tarla. If it wasn't for my cheat weekends I probably wouldn't have that many gains at the rate I was going back when i was at 1100 calories a day. I can lose up to 6 pounds between Monday and Friday then weekend gets here i gain 4 from drinking and fun. Then it takes 3 days to lose what I gained on the weekend. So I can guarantee every up point on my chart was a Monday morning weight in after a cheat weekend. One of my biggest problems is drinking. The biggest change in my weight loss life was the fact I quit drinking during the week. I use to spends hundreds on alcohol a month. Now I to the liquor store on Friday and relax on the dieting. That's why I dont have that many calorie counts during the weekends. I hang with friends and family and I eat so randomly hard to track. If you notice I almost eat the same thing on a daily basis besides weekends. plus I never stopped going to the gym. If your will is stronger than mine you can do it to faster. But I figured as long as I'm making progress and I can almost predict my weight cus I been paying attention to it so much. I have to keep my sanity and still do the things I love doing but in moderation. Who says you cant party like a rock star and still lose 100 pounds. My advice is probably so unhealthy but it worked for me. lol Stay dedicated and if your not lifting weight i recommend it. Good luck.
