Better on nc,low on protein,better on fat . Ran around crazy today.I at
least stayed on program and didn't got nuts because I didn't get a few things in.I'm doing great and love the results. Next week its on to QWL
and I can't wait
215.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
