OMG! yesterday was my first day of feeling some better and I drank literally 80oz of water yesterday b/c I was sooo thirsty!! I have one of those big hospital cups with the markings on the side and it's 32oz so I keep up that way.. and I also drink faster if I have a straw so I have a whole pack of straws at my desk. It's working.. also I got on the scales and OMG. my lowest weight yet since I started.. it may go back up a little tomorrow but it was SO exciting to see that number. I'm feeling better again today but it is a long work day again.. both jobs.. but I will pull through. Thank you to everyone for the kind words and the wonderful support! Love ya! It's nearly the weekend let's party!

Thank you so very much!! Weight loss won't happen like this often I know and it maybe another week before I get down anymore or even hit this weight again with how we all fluctuate but it felt SO good to see the weight on the scale
