Comida: Fideos (100grs), atún y tomate. Pera.
1/2 Tarde: 3 Manzanillas, pasta frola y palmeritas.
Cena: Fideos (100grs) y 2 calabacines rellenos.
Antes de dormir: 2 yogures 0%
219.6 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week
