Ideal Weight's Journal, 26 January 2017

I don't know if this is truly a weight loss. I weighed myself last week about half way through the day, after meals, fully clothed. Today I weighed first thing in the morning, lightly dressed. But I've been sticking to the plan so some of it might really be pounds lost. Either way, now I know where I am.
262.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 87.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
