Scale moved this week!! Very happy!! Haven't been eating enough though. Have to increase my calorie counts somehow. Just haven't been that hungry and it's hard to do without carbs lol. Hope everyone did well this week.

Today is the first time I'm counting carbs and calories- I've always been strictly a calorie counter- I'm way (weigh) under in calories for the day but at almost my max for carbs.. now what do I do??
